Important Payment Notice for High-Value Orders

For items priced over $10,000, online payment is not recommended. For high-value orders, we strongly recommend using bank transfer as the payment method. Please contact us before placing such orders so we can assist you with the process.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3% processing fee for credit card transactions.

  • Orders canceled after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Special orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, or accessories included.

Return Process

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • The fastest solution is to return the original item for a refund. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

  • Special orders, including custom orders, are not eligible for exchange.
