Shipping Methods

Standard Freight Shipping

We offer free freight shipping on most products within the contiguous United States. This means most orders will not have a shipping charge at checkout. Additional delivery services — such as scheduled delivery appointments, liftgate service, or other specialized delivery options — will incur additional charges.

Local Pickup

You may choose to pick up your order at one of our warehouse locations. Please contact us in advance to confirm product availability and schedule your pickup. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM local time.

Important Shipping Notes
  • Unloading Requirement: Regardless of whether your order is delivered or picked up, you must have appropriate equipment (like a forklift or equivalent) available to safely unload large freight items.

  • Order Inspection: Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us right away so we can assist you promptly.

  • Address Requirements: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted for freight delivery. Providing an invalid delivery address may cause delays or additional charges.

  • Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, carrier issues, etc.).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship products within the contiguous United States. At this time, deliveries to remote locations such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories are not supported through standard freight shipping. If you need service to those areas, please contact us directly to request a shipping quote.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are handled according to the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Returned products must be in the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending any item back. Contact our support team to get an RMA number.

Return Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee may apply (typically up to 15% of the item value).

  • Certain items are not eligible for returns — including custom products or special‑priced/clearance items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our support team at service@korjetmetal.com to request an RMA number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus applicable shipping and restocking fees).

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same return process. Once we receive the return, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
